Wrinkle relaxers (neuromodulators) are prescription medications injected into the muscles to block nerve signals. This is done to help soften or eliminate unwanted lines and wrinkles caused by expression and muscle contraction. The most common areas treated are the angry “eleven” lines (glabella), forehead, and the area around the eyes (crow’s feet).
